How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are currently based on your location and calculated at the shopping basket.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of being received, weekdays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will normally ship on Monday.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which aims to deliver in Europe within 3-5 days and worldwide within 5-7 days. Shipments are trackable and details will be provided.

Please be aware that some countries may charge you import duties, additional taxes, customs fees and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges, and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country, and change periodically. Please consult your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

Can I return an item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. We work hard to produce the highest quality markers, but if something is wrong with your order please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product. New, unopened items purchased from our online store can also be returned.
To return an order, please contact our customer service via email at email@example.com. We will work with you to issue a Return Authorisation Number. This RA# must be included with your returned shipment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
